Claude Baillargeon has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal. She was called to The Bar of Quebec in 2016.
Claude Baillargeon joined Desjardins Bolduc after completing her internship with the firm. Since then, she has practised exclusively in criminal and penal law in most judicial districts of Quebec. She supports clients and colleagues in various cases, several of which are highly complex, including corporate criminal and penal law, particularly in the areas of crimes against persons, such as sexual offences.
With her client interests as a priority, Claude Baillargeon’s approach is based on respect, empathy and professionalism.
