Me Claude Baillargeon joined Bolduc Paquet s.n.a. after articling with the firm. She practises exclusively in criminal and penal law and represents clients in most Quebec judicial districts. Me Baillargeon has developed an expertise in defending companies against penal offences, particularly in complex occupational health and safety cases.

Professional background

Me Baillargeon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University and a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal.

Me Baillargeon represents clients and works with colleagues in a wide range of cases. She specializes in penal cases involving occupational health and safety issues, as well as tobacco sales regulations. For this reason, she has developed an expertise in due diligence defences for corporations. Ms. Baillargeon also represents individuals accused of crimes against the person, such as sexual offences. She has also participated in the litigation of a number of cases before the Court of Appeal of Quebec and the Supreme Court of Canada.
