Me Julie Bolduc

Me Julie Bolduc has been practising criminal and penal law since 2008. She represents people charged with all types of criminal offences, at both the trial and appellate levels, including impaired driving, sexual offences, drug offences, assault, harassment, theft, firearms possession, obstruction, and offences under provincial statutes.

Professional background

During her career, Me Bolduc gained experience working with vulnerable client groups while practicing for a year at the Centre Communautaire juridique de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue. She has a wealth of experience before the courts where she has handled a wide range of cases, including before a judge and jury. She practices in all judicial districts of Quebec and regularly pleads before various judicial bodies, including municipal courts, the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court of Quebec, and the Court of Appeal of Quebec. She has also represented the Association québécoise des avocats et avocates de la défense before the Supreme Court of Canada.

 

Me Bolduc is keenly aware of the issues surrounding criminal charges and is an attentive listener. She ensures the best possible representation of her clients and the respect of their rights from the outset of a police investigation. As such, Me Bolduc has developed expertise in representing professionals and union members who are the subject of work-related complaints.
