Me Elisabeth Beauchamp

Me Beauchamp holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Laws from McGill University and earned a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto. Me Beauchamp joined Bolduc Paquet s.n.a. after articling with Legal Aid. She represents clients in a variety of criminal law cases, including those involving sexual offences, drug-related offences, and impaired driving. She represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels in all judicial districts of Quebec.

Professional background

Me Beauchamp is actively involved in the legal community. She has authored a number of legal publications, presents regularly at legal conferences, and acts as an advocate for various associations before higher courts. In particular, she has intervened before the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of associations of defense attorneys. Along with her colleagues, she seeks to provide her clients with services characterized by excellence, thoroughness and empathy.
