Me Ian St-Amour articled at Bolduc Paquet and then joined the team as an attorney. Since then, he has practised exclusively in criminal and penal law in all judicial districts of Quebec. In particular, he has developed expertise in impaired driving and offences against persons. He also handles a variety of different criminal cases, including those involving offences under the Highway Safety Code and other provincial regulations.
In addition to his trial practice, Me St-Amour regularly appears in appellate cases before the Superior Court of Quebec and the Quebec Court of Appeal. During his university studies, he worked as a proofreader for an appeals factum company.
Me St-Amour has also been involved in CEGEP-level Juripop Moot Court Competitions since 2021. He defends the interests of his clients with rigor and professionalism to ensure they have access to a full defense. Formerly a high-level athlete, his sporting career has instilled in him a determination that he now applies to each case.
